The B11 is a 2ml refillable pod system with an 800mAh battery the user removes and replaces by hand. It gives brands a starting point for EU ranges ahead of the removable-battery rule that applies from February 18, 2027. A Pod System With a Battery the User Can Remove

Many pod devices seal the battery inside the body. When the cell wears out, the user has to replace the whole device. The B11 puts its 800mAh battery behind a magnetic side cover instead.

The user pulls the cover off by hand and lifts the battery out. A replacement battery goes in, and the cover snaps back onto its magnets. The body, screen and pod stay in use.

EU battery rules make this a sourcing question. Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 applies from February 18, 2027. It requires that the end user can remove and replace portable batteries in products sold in the EU, and that the product comes with removal, replacement and safety instructions.

The same article requires compatible spare batteries to stay available for at least five years after the last unit of a model goes on sale. That duty sits with the party placing the finished product on the EU market.

2ml Side-Fill Pod, Supplied Empty

The B11 pod holds 2.0ml and ships empty. It fills through a port on the side of the pod. The pod measures 34.7 × 26.15 × 15.5 mm.

A 2.0ml pod matches the tank limit set by EU TPD Article 20. Because the pod ships empty, nicotine strength is not a device specification. Brands that also need bottled e-liquid can add it through our e-liquid OEM service, where nicotine-containing refill bottles for the EU are limited to 10ml.

Three Resistance Options: 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω and 1.0Ω

We build the B11 pod in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω or 1.0Ω. The device matches its output to the pod automatically: 14–22W for the 0.6Ω pod, 12–18W for 0.8Ω and 10–15W for 1.0Ω. Each resistance is a separate pod version, set when you place the order. Send the quantity you want for each resistance and we will confirm the split.

On this pod, 0.6Ω generally gives a warmer, more open draw and 1.0Ω a tighter mouth-to-lung draw. Airflow, device power and e-liquid also shape the result. Tell us the e-liquid type and nicotine strength your market uses, and we will suggest a starting resistance for sampling.

B11 pods are built in 0.6Ω, 0.8Ω or 1.0Ω, set per order.

Battery-Level Screen and Type-C Charging

A screen on the device body shows the battery level. The device charges through a Type-C port, so users recharge the battery in place and replace it only when the cell wears out. With the pod fitted, the B11 measures 111 × 26.3 × 21 mm.

OEM and ODM Customization

You set the body color, logo, pod resistance and retail packaging. Send artwork or a design brief, and we confirm each element on a sample before the run starts. Our OEM/ODM services page explains the full process.

Custom hardware runs start at 10,000 units per model. Within that total, each color needs at least 2,000 units. For replacement pods and spare batteries, send your target volume and configuration and we will confirm the applicable minimum.

EU and UK Market Notes

The EU and the UK run separate processes. The party that places the product on the market files the notification and holds responsibility for conformity. GG-VAPE supplies the technical documentation pack for your filing, and its contents are confirmed against the device, battery and production configuration you choose.

For the UK, users must be able to buy replacement pods separately at retail. Plan pod supply with your importer or retailers, because factory supply alone does not meet that condition.

Quality Control

Quality control follows IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. We check incoming components before assembly and inspect units during production. Finished devices are checked before packing, and packed orders are sampled before dispatch.

Can the user remove the B11 battery without tools?

Yes. The 800mAh battery sits behind a magnetic side cover that opens by hand. The user lifts the battery out and fits a replacement. We supply spare batteries separately.

Does the B11 meet the EU removable battery rule?

The B11 covers the design part of the rule: the user removes and replaces the 800mAh battery by hand.
