Empty ceramic-coil pods: the supply piece brands underestimate

A 2ml ceramic-coil empty pod serves two businesses at once. First, brands that fill e-liquid in their own region buy empty, TPD-dimensioned pods and add liquid locally — useful when you already hold e-liquid stock or want to control filling in-market. Second, every replaceable-pod device on the market generates a replacement-pod aftermarket, and that reorder volume is often larger than the original device sale.

The coil is the part buyers get wrong. Ceramic coils are fired and matched to viscosity and wattage; a mismatched coil burns dry or floods, and returns follow. GG-VAPE produces ceramic-coil pods to a fixed 2 ml TPD capacity with consistent coil batches, so your fill quality and flavour stay stable across production runs. We supply the pod alone, or matched with in-house e-liquid if you prefer a filled solution.

Are empty pods a way around the disposable bans?

Empty and refillable pods are a legitimate, compliant category — not a workaround. The Belgium and New Zealand bans target sealed single-use devices; refillable and replaceable pods are the permitted format, which is why the empty-pod and replacement-pod markets are growing as disposables exit.

What capacity and coil options do you offer?

Standard production is 2 ml to stay inside the TPD tank cap, with ceramic-coil resistance matched to your intended e-liquid. Non-TPD markets can take other capacities — tell us the destination and we spec to its limit.

Can I combine empty pods with your e-liquid OEM?

Yes. Sourcing empty pods and OEM e-liquid from one factory keeps one QC chain and one compliance trail instead of two.
