How We Work Together: The 60-70 Day ODM Process
Fast Production & Rigorous QC Capabilities
While the timeline above outlines the journey, the execution is driven by our state-of-the-art facilities. Mass production lead times are highly optimized: 10-12 days for pods, and 15-17 days for battery units. If battery cells are pre-stocked, we can complete full kit assembly in just 15 working days.
During production, your product goes through our strict Lab & Assembly QC system:
- R&D Lab Testing: Negative pressure leak tests, extreme high/low-temperature shocks, puff count verification, and draw resistance testing.
- Assembly Line QC: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) -> In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) -> Final Quality Control (FQC) -> Outgoing Quality Control (OQC).

Minimum Order Quantities
Our MOQ structure is designed to give new brands a low-risk entry point while keeping unit costs competitive.

Example: A 10,000-unit order for one model could be structured as 5 flavors × 2 colors × 1,000 units each — giving you a full product matrix while meeting the factory minimums at every level.
* Flexible Pilot Run Policy: We support brand growth. If your initial test order falls below the 2,000 unit/color MOQ, we can still process it with a nominal machine setup fee (approx. $70 – $140 USD / batch) for plastic injection and surface treatment.
