What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing) means you provide the product design and we manufacture it. You own the design, and the product is exclusive to your brand.
ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) means we provide a ready-made product design from our catalog, and you customize it with your own branding, colors, and packaging. It’s faster and more affordable, but other brands may use the same base design.
Most new brands start with ODM to enter the market quickly, then move to OEM when they have the revenue and market knowledge to invest in exclusive product development.
What product types can you manufacture?
We manufacture disposable vapes, pod systems, CBD vaporizers, high-power box mods, open-system refillable devices, e-liquids (freebase and nicotine salt), CBD oils, and accessories. If it’s related to vaping, we can probably build it. Contact us with your specific requirements and we’ll confirm.
Can you develop custom e-liquid flavors?
Yes. Our formulation team creates custom e-liquid recipes from scratch. You can describe the flavor profile you want, send us a reference product to match, or choose from our existing flavor library. We produce samples for your approval before any bulk production.
Do you offer packaging and brand design services?
Yes. We handle the full packaging process — structural design, graphic design, printing, child-resistant packaging, and regulatory labeling. If you already have design files, we can work from those. If you need us to design from scratch, we can do that too.
Orders & Pricing
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQs depend on the product type and level of customization:
- ODM disposable vapes: typically 2,000–5,000 units
- OEM custom devices: typically 10,000+ units
- E-liquids: typically 500–1,000 bottles
- CBD vaporizers: typically 1,000–3,000 units

How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the product type, specifications, customization level, and order volume. Larger orders get better per-unit pricing. We provide detailed quotes after understanding your full requirements — no hidden fees.

Do you offer samples before bulk orders?
Yes, and we strongly recommend it. We produce physical samples for you to test and evaluate before committing to mass production. Sample fees depend on the product type and are typically credited toward your first bulk order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank wire transfer (T/T), PayPal for smaller transactions, and other arrangements depending on the order size and relationship. Standard terms for new clients are typically 30–50% deposit before production and the balance before shipment. We can discuss specific terms based on your situation.
Production & Quality
How long does production take?
- ODM (branded existing design): 20–45 days from confirmed order
- OEM (custom design): 60–120 days from approved prototype
- E-liquids: 15–30 days depending on volume and formulation complexity
These timelines include production and quality inspection, but not shipping.
What quality control processes do you follow?
Every production batch goes through multi-stage inspection:
- Incoming raw material verification
- In-process quality checks during assembly
- Functional testing (draw activation, battery, coil resistance, leak testing)
- Final outgoing inspection before packaging
- Random sample testing from packed goods
We maintain detailed QC records for every batch and can provide inspection reports upon request.
What certifications do you hold?

Compliance & Regulations
Can you manufacture TPD-compliant products for the EU market?
Yes. We routinely produce TPD-compliant devices and e-liquids — 2ml maximum tank capacity, 20mg/ml maximum nicotine concentration, compliant health warnings, and proper labeling. We build TPD and non-TPD versions of the same product to serve different markets simultaneously.
Can you help with MHRA notification for the UK market?
We can provide the product technical documentation, emission data, and ingredient information that MHRA requires as part of the notification process. The actual submission is typically handled by the brand owner or their regulatory consultant in the UK, but we give you everything you need to complete it.
Do your products meet safety standards for batteries and electronics?
Yes. All devices with built-in batteries use cells from established manufacturers and include standard protection circuits — overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, short-circuit protection, and over-temperature protection. Devices are CE and FCC certified for the applicable markets.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We regularly ship to Europe (EU and UK), the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Oceania. We do not sell domestically within China.
What shipping methods are available?
- Air freight — fastest option, typically 5–10 days depending on destination
- Sea freight — most cost-effective for large orders, typically 20–40 days
- Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) — for samples and small shipments, 3–7 days
We handle export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders. For orders with specific customs or import requirements, we work with your logistics team to ensure smooth delivery.
Can you ship directly to my distributor or customers?
Yes. We can ship to your warehouse, your distributor’s warehouse, or multiple locations if needed. We also support drop-shipping arrangements for certain order types — contact us to discuss.

Yes. A significant number of our clients started with zero experience in vaping. We guide you through the process — product selection, market-appropriate configuration, compliance requirements, packaging, and logistics. Our job is to make manufacturing straightforward for you regardless of your experience level.
