The BN12 is a slim refillable pod system, 14.7 mm thick, with a 650mAh battery the user removes and replaces by hand. A 650mAh Battery the User Replaces by Hand

The BN12 battery sits behind a cap at the bottom of the device. The user unclips the cap by hand, takes the 650mAh battery out and fits a replacement. No tools are needed.

This matters for EU ranges. From February 18, 2027, Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 requires that end users can remove and replace portable batteries in products. The product must also come with removal, replacement and safety instructions.

Article 11 also requires compatible spare batteries to stay available for at least five years after the last unit of a model goes on sale. The party placing the finished product on the EU market carries that duty. GG-VAPE supplies BN12 spare batteries as a separate order line, and we agree long-term quantities and availability with each OEM program.

One Device, Two Pod Capacities: 2ml and 3ml

The BN12 pod comes in 2.0ml and 3.0ml versions. Both ship empty and fill from the top after the user lifts off the mouthpiece. Both use a mesh coil.

Choose the 2.0ml pod for EU and UK programs, where pod capacity is limited to 2ml. The 3.0ml pod is built to the standards of destination markets without that limit. Because the pods ship empty, nicotine strength is not a device specification.

We supply replacement pods as a separate order line. Plan pod volumes with the device order so retailers can restock. Brands that also need bottled e-liquid can add it through our e-liquid OEM service.

Resistance Options: 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 1.0Ω

We build the BN12 pod in 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω or 1.0Ω. Each resistance is a separate pod version, set when you place the order. Send the quantity you want for each capacity and resistance, and we will confirm the split.

On this pod, 0.4Ω generally gives a warmer, more open draw and 1.0Ω a tighter mouth-to-lung draw. Airflow, device power and e-liquid also shape the result. Tell us the e-liquid type and nicotine strength your market uses, and we will suggest a starting resistance for sampling.

A Slim Body With a Battery-Level Screen

The BN12 measures 120 × 28 × 14.7 mm. A round screen on the front of the body shows the battery level. The device matches its output to the pod automatically, up to 14W, and charges through a Type-C port.

BN12 or B11: Two Removable-Battery Pod Systems

GG-VAPE builds two refillable pod systems with user-removable batteries. The BN12 is the slimmer body and offers two pod capacities. The B11 removable battery pod system carries an 800mAh battery behind a magnetic side cover.

OEM and ODM Customization

You set the body finish, logo, pod capacity, pod resistance and retail packaging. Send artwork or a design brief, and we confirm each element on a sample before the run starts. Our OEM/ODM services page explains the full process.

Custom hardware runs start at 10,000 units per model. Within that total, each color needs at least 2,000 units. For replacement pods and spare batteries, send your target volume and configuration and we will confirm the applicable minimum.

EU and UK Market Notes

The EU and the UK run separate processes. The party that places the product on the market files the notification and holds responsibility for conformity. GG-VAPE supplies the technical documentation pack for your filing, and its contents are confirmed against the device, battery and production configuration you choose.

For the UK, users must be able to buy replacement pods separately at retail. Plan pod supply with your importer or retailers, because factory supply alone does not meet that condition.

Quality Control

Quality control follows IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. We check incoming components before assembly and inspect units during production. Finished devices are checked before packing, and packed orders are sampled before dispatch.
