On market entry, keep the picture straight: the EU files through EU-CEG, the UK through the MHRA under TRPR, and the United States depends on FDA authorization for the finished product. Those filings belong to the brand owner or importer. A supplier supplies the evidence; it cannot hold your notification.
3. What can actually be customized. Generic cartridges make a generic brand. Ask specifically about laser-engraved or printed logos, mouthpiece color and profile, retail packaging, and whether coil resistance can be tuned to your liquid rather than the other way round.
