Transparent shells change how artwork behaves. Print sits over a moving background rather than a flat color, so heavy detail loses definition as the liquid level drops.

Two approaches work. Keep the mark simple and let the liquid carry the color, or tint the shell so the print reads against a consistent base. We will show both on the digital proof.

Flavor color becomes a design input on this body. A red liquid and a green liquid in the same shell look like two different products on a shelf, which some brands want and others do not.

The 1.0Ω Mesh Coil

At 1.0Ω the A10 sits between a tight draw and a sub-ohm one. That middle position suits a 15ml fill: enough vapor to feel substantial, restrained enough that the tank lasts.

The 500mAh cell recharges over Type-C. A 15ml tank outlasts a single charge, so state that on your packaging rather than leaving a flat battery to read as a fault.

How We Build It

The A10 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, and every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts. We build to the standards of the destination market you name on the build sheet.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells and coils are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.
