What Two Coils Change

Splitting the load across two mesh elements spreads heat over more wick surface than a single coil of the same resistance. Each element works less hard for the same output, and the wick around it saturates from two points instead of one.

That matters most on a 17ml fill. A single coil carrying a tank this size runs hot for hundreds of draws, and heat is what degrades flavor across the back half of a device.

At 0.6Ω the A21 sits in sub-ohm territory and produces a direct-lung draw. Pair it with lower nicotine strengths — higher strengths get harsh at this resistance.

Who Orders the A21

The A21 goes to brands selling into markets with no capacity ceiling: the GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa and parts of the Americas. Buyers there compare devices on capacity, cloud output and how long a unit lasts a retail customer.

A 500mAh cell on a 17ml tank means recharging is part of normal use, not an emergency backup. Say so on your packaging. A buyer who expects a 17ml device to run start to finish on one charge will read a flat battery as a fault.

A round indicator window on the lower front face shows battery and e-liquid level. It answers the question retailers field most often on high-capacity devices, without taking print area off the main panel.

How We Build It

The A21 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, and every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts. We build to the standards of the destination market you name on the build sheet.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells and coils are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

How the A21 Differs from Our Other High-Capacity Devices

Capacity alone will not tell these apart. Our 16ml direct-lung models run a single coil and target cloud output; our 15ml models sit lower on capacity with a different body. The A21 is the 17ml box on two coils.

Specify the A21 when coil count is the point — when your brief calls for heat spread across a large fill rather than maximum output from one element. Specify a single-coil model when body shape or price band drives the decision instead.

Why two coils instead of one larger coil?

Two elements spread heat over more wick surface and saturate the wick from two points. On a 17ml fill that keeps each element working under lighter load across the life of the device.

What nicotine strength suits 0.6Ω?

Lower strengths. Sub-ohm resistance delivers more vapor per draw, and high nicotine gets harsh at that output. We fill 0 to 5% and will advise a range once you name your market.

Does the battery last the full 17ml?

No, and it is not designed to. The 500mAh cell recharges over Type-C during normal use. Print that on your packaging so retail customers expect it.
