What a replaceable coil head changes for your after-sales

Coils wear out before batteries do. On a sealed device that means the whole unit goes in the bin and your customer decides all over again whether to buy your brand. On the A28 a worn coil is a part, and the part comes from you.

That turns a failure point into a reorder line. It also cuts your warranty exposure: complaints about burnt taste usually trace to a spent coil, and a device where the user can swap the coil themselves resolves most of those without a return.

The trade-off is finish quality. A clear housing shows every mold line and every fingerprint on the internals, so tolerances that hide under paint are exposed here. That is a manufacturing constraint, not a design choice, and it is why clear devices need tighter incoming-part control than opaque ones.

Every A28 run passes four inspection stages: IQC on incoming components, IPQC during assembly, FQC on finished units, and OQC before the shipment leaves. Units are built to the standards of the destination market.

Empty. The A28 ships as hardware. Both the pod and the coil head are replaceable, so filling takes place after delivery. E-liquid documentation and supply are handled separately from the device program.

Can we customize what is visible through the clear housing?
