Who Orders the A27

Two buyer types drive most A27 volume. The first is a brand owner running a 2ml line into the EU or UK, where the tank size and nicotine ceiling are fixed by regulation and the only room left to compete is flavor, price band and shelf presence.

Why a 1.6Ω Coil and a Cylindrical Body

A 1.6Ω mesh coil sits in the MTL band. Higher resistance narrows the airflow and cuts vapor volume, which stretches a 2ml fill further and suits nicotine salt e-liquid at the concentrations this format allows.

The 400mAh cell is sized to the tank, not oversized for a spec sheet. A larger battery on a 2ml device adds cost and weight that the e-liquid volume never uses.

The 18.1 mm cylindrical tube also earns its shape commercially. A round body prints as a full wrap with no panel breaks, and it stands in a counter display without a stand.

How We Build It

The A27 runs on fixed housing, which is why the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs — a trade-off worth making for a flagship, rarely worth it for a 2ml trial size.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes. Every batch is matched against the approved reference sample before filling starts.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Incoming cells and coils are checked before assembly, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before they leave.

We ship unbranded A27 units for hardware evaluation, and flavor samples separately when you are matching a formulation. Branded pre-production samples come after artwork sign-off.

Lead Time
