Why Three Resistances Matter to a Brand

The A16 takes cartridges at 0.4Ω, 0.6Ω and 0.8Ω. One device therefore covers a tight draw and a looser one, without you tooling or stocking a second body.

That changes your SKU math. A brand launching with three cartridge resistances runs one hardware line and three consumable lines, rather than three separate device programs.

The 5–25W range gives the user a second axis on top of resistance. Pair a higher wattage with a lower-resistance cartridge, or run the top of the range on 0.8Ω for a tighter draw at lower output.

The Controls

An on-device screen shows the current settings, and airflow adjusts on the body. Both are the kind of feature a buyer checks by hand at a trade show, so budget for a working sample in your sales kit.

A child lock is built into the device. Confirm the requirements in each market you enter with your compliance consultant before you commit to a run.

Who Orders the A16

Two buyers dominate. The first is a brand moving from disposables into refillables, where the hardware sells once and the cartridges sell repeatedly.

The second is a distributor who already sells e-liquid and wants a device that carries it. An open system pulls through your existing liquid range instead of competing with it.

Both need to plan cartridge supply from the start. A refillable program that runs out of cartridges strands the hardware already in the field, so build the consumable forecast alongside the device order.

How We Build It

The A16 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells, boards and cartridges are checked on arrival, assembled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

We supply device test reports for your market submission. Because the A16 ships empty, e-liquid documentation sits with whoever supplies the liquid.

How the A16 Differs from Our Other Refillable Devices

Our refillable line splits on cartridge volume and output ceiling. The A16 is the 2ml cartridge at 5–25W.

Our 3ml model runs a larger cell and a higher output ceiling for markets with no tank-size restriction. Other models in the range differ again on body format and coil options.

Can we order cartridges separately from the devices?

Yes. Cartridges are a consumable line and most programs reorder them on a shorter cycle than the hardware. Tell us your expected reorder rhythm on the build sheet.

Which resistance should we launch with?

Most brands start with 0.6Ω as the middle option and add 0.4Ω and 0.8Ω once they see how their customers use the device. Ordering all three at launch splits your volume across three lines before you have any data.

What can we customize?

Who handles market registration?

Trade Terms

Sampling

We ship unbranded A16 units for hardware evaluation, with cartridges at the resistances you want to test. Branded pre-production samples follow artwork sign-off.

Lead Time

Typically 25–30 Days after artwork approval. Fixed housing is what keeps that window predictable. Custom UI work and non-standard packaging sit ahead of the window, not inside it.

Order Quantity

Minimum quantity applies per color on the device and per resistance on the cartridge. Message us with your color and resistance count and we will confirm the split.

Customization Flow

Build sheet → artwork files → digital proof → pre-production sample → your written approval → production. Nothing runs before written approval.

Documentation

We supply device test reports for your submission. Market registration is filed by the brand owner or importer of record.
