Who Orders the A26

Slim bodies win on packaging math. A 16mm tube fits blister cards and multipack sleeves that an 18mm device will not, and it costs less to ship per thousand units.

That makes the A26 a fit for brands running multipacks, convenience-channel programs, or a trial size positioned beside a larger flagship device. Buyers in this channel usually order fewer flavors and more units per flavor.

One trade-off is worth naming up front. A 16mm tube gives you less print circumference than an 18mm one, so busy artwork loses legibility at production print size. Simple marks, strong color blocks and a short flavor name hold up best.

The 1.6Ω T-Structure Atomizer

The A26 uses a T-structure atomizer rather than a standard element, which sets it apart from the rest of our 2ml line. At 1.6Ω it sits in the MTL band, where higher resistance narrows the draw and suits the nicotine strengths this format allows.

The 350mAh cell is matched to the 16mm diameter. A narrower tube limits cell size, and a 2ml tank does not need more capacity than this.

How We Build It

The A26 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. Changing the body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes. Every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells and atomizers are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

How the A26 Differs from Our Other 2ml Devices

Our 2ml devices are not interchangeable, and diameter is the fastest way to tell them apart. The A26 is the 16mm slim tube at 103.5mm long, on a T-structure atomizer.

Our 18.1mm round model is shorter and wider with a mesh coil and a larger cell. Our square-body model gives you a flat print face and will not roll on a counter. A separate 2ml unit uses a refillable pod instead of a sealed tank.

Will our artwork fit on a 16mm body?

Most marks do, but the print circumference is tighter than on an 18mm tube. Send your files early and we will return a digital proof at production scale before you commit.

Can we change the nicotine strength on the A26?

Yes. We fill anywhere from 0 to 20mg/ml. Your target market sets the ceiling, and we confirm the strength on the build sheet before production.

Can we use our own flavor formulation?

Yes. Send a reference sample or a formulation brief and our lab will match it. Matching adds sampling rounds ahead of the main run, so allow extra time on a first program.

What stays fixed on this model?

The housing shape and the 103.5 × 16 mm footprint. Body color, print, sleeve and retail carton are all yours to specify.

Who files product notification in the EU or UK?

The brand owner or the importer of record files it. We supply the MSDS, emissions data and test reports your consultant needs for the submission.

Trade Terms

Sampling

We ship unbranded A26 units for hardware evaluation, and flavor samples separately when you are matching a formulation. Branded pre-production samples follow artwork sign-off.

Lead Time

Typically 25–30 Days after artwork approval and e-liquid sign-off. Fixed housing is what keeps that window predictable. Custom flavor development and non-standard packaging sit ahead of the window, not inside it.

Order Quantity

Minimum quantity applies per flavor and per color, not per order. Message us with your flavor and color count and we will confirm the split.

Customization Flow

Build sheet → artwork files → digital proof at production scale → pre-production sample → your written approval → production. Nothing runs before written approval.

Documentation

We supply MSDS, emissions and test reports for your submission. Notification and market registration are filed by the brand owner or importer of record.
