The 16mm diameter also determines the available print area. Artwork needs to remain legible when wrapped around the cylindrical surface, so simple logos, strong color blocks and short flavor names generally reproduce more clearly than layouts containing several lines of small text.

Who Selects the A26

The A26 is intended for brands, importers and distributors planning a compact 2ml single-use product. It can be configured for individual retail packs, blister cards or multipack programs according to the sales channel.

The 2ml tank and 0–20mg/ml nicotine range follow the format described in TPD Article 20. The brand owner or importer must still confirm the notification, labeling, packaging and market-entry requirements that apply in each destination.

The 1.6Ω T-Structure Atomizer

The published atomizer specification for the A26 is a 1.6Ω T-structure atomizer configured for an MTL draw. The device uses a 350mAh battery and is designed as a single-use product without a charging port.

Flavor formulation, nicotine strength and the approved reference sample are confirmed before the main production run. The atomizer specification remains fixed for this model.

The fixed A26 housing can be configured with your logo, body colors, flavor identification, sleeve and retail packaging. The 103.5 × 16 mm footprint and the 1.6Ω atomizer remain fixed.

Production and Quality Control

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes. Each production batch is checked against the approved reference sample before filling begins.

Quality control follows IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells, atomizers and packaging materials are checked on arrival, filled units are inspected during production, and finished cartons are sampled before dispatch.

How the A26 Differs from Other 2ml Devices

Body diameter is the clearest distinction within this part of the range. The A26 uses a 16mm cylindrical body measuring 103.5 mm in length.

The A27 uses an 18.1mm round body, while the A36 uses a square body with a flat print face. Other 2ml products use refillable or replaceable-pod architectures instead of the A26 single-use format.
