Description

The BN62 is a refillable pod system built for brands that compete on finish, not just puff count. A zinc-alloy frame, a stitched PU-leather panel, and a battery-level display screen give it a hand-feel that reads as premium the moment a buyer picks it up. It runs a 0.7Ω mesh coil at up to 14W off a 500mAh Type-C rechargeable battery, and ships in two pod capacities — 2ml and 3ml — so one platform covers both TPD and non-TPD markets.

A refillable pod platform, not a sealed disposable

The BN62 is a rechargeable, refillable pod device. You or your customer fills the pod, or we pre-fill it with e-liquid from our own e-liquid OEM service — and the 500mAh battery recharges over Type-C rather than getting discarded after one tank. This matters for two reasons. First, refillable and pod-based formats are the categories still standing as single-use disposable bans roll out across the EU and UK. Second, a refillable device with a battery display and a replaceable pod gives your buyers a repeat-purchase pod line, not a one-and-done SKU. The BN62 sits alongside our other refillable platforms like the A16 2ml refillable pod system, with a more premium metal-and-leather chassis.

Why the finish is the selling point on this device

Most pod hardware in this size class is moulded plastic. The BN62 is not. The chassis is zinc-alloy, the front panel is PU synthetic leather, and the battery indicator is a real display rather than a printed graphic. For a private-label brand, that combination does specific work: it lets you position your brand at a higher shelf tier without changing your fill or your coil.

We saw this land in practice — a Korean buyer who reviewed the sample signed off specifically on the build detail and the tactile quality, not the spec sheet. When your differentiation is "feels like a $30 device, not a $10 one," the housing is where that perception is won or lost, and it's the hardest thing for a competitor to copy quickly.

2ml or 3ml — matching the pod to your market

The BN62 pod comes in two capacities, and the right one is decided by where you sell, not by preference. Under the EU/UK Tobacco Products Directive, a refillable tank or pod for nicotine e-liquid must not exceed 2ml, and nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/ml. The 2ml pod paired with ≤20mg/ml e-liquid is therefore your EU/UK retail-ready build. The 3ml pod is for markets without that ceiling — the Middle East and Southeast Asia, where larger capacity and higher nicotine are allowed.

What you can customize on the BN62

The BN62 is an OEM/ODM platform, and most of what a buyer sees is configurable. We can adjust the leather-panel colour and texture, the housing finish, and apply your logo and full retail packaging. On the fill side, you choose the pod capacity (2ml or 3ml), the nicotine strength, and the flavour — either supplied by you or produced through our own e-liquid OEM line. If your range needs a lower-cost open pod to sit beneath the BN62, our A31 replaceable pod system and A52 replaceable pod system share the same OEM workflow.

Compliance notes for EU / UK buyers

For nicotine e-liquid sold in the EU or UK, the 2ml pod is the compliant build: TPD limits refillable tanks to 2ml and nicotine to 20mg/ml, and UK sale requires MHRA notification of each product before it reaches shelves. Because the BN62 has a rechargeable battery, it also falls under EPR and WEEE battery-and-electronics obligations in most EU markets, and any nicotine e-liquid must carry CLP-compliant labelling with child-resistant packaging. We build to these requirements at the factory level — the compliance burden that remains yours is registration and notification in your destination market.

BN62 refillable pod system — buyer FAQ

Is the BN62 a disposable or a refillable device?

It is a refillable, rechargeable pod system. You refill the pod and recharge the 500mAh battery over Type-C, so it is not a single-use disposable. This is the format buyers are migrating to as disposable bans take effect across the EU and UK.

Can the BN62 be sold in the EU and UK?

Yes, using the 2ml pod version with e-liquid at or below 20mg/ml nicotine. TPD caps refillable pods at 2ml and nicotine at 20mg/ml, and UK sale requires MHRA notification. The 3ml version is intended for non-TPD markets such as the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Does GG-VAPE supply the e-liquid, or does the buyer fill the pod?

Either. You can ship the BN62 as an empty refillable device for your customer to fill, or have pods pre-filled with e-liquid produced through our own e-liquid OEM service, including custom flavours and nicotine strengths.

What is the BN62 housing made of?

A zinc-alloy frame with a PU synthetic-leather front panel and a PC pod, plus a battery-level display screen. The metal-and-leather build is the device's main point of differentiation over moulded-plastic pods in the same size class.
