A05 is a replaceable pod system: a reusable battery base plus a detachable 5.0ml pod. The coil lives in the pod, not in the base, so each pod change delivers a new 1.0Ω mesh element instead of asking one coil to survive the whole product life.

The base carries a 500mAh cell and a Type-C port. Assembled dimensions are 26.2 × 21.5 × 111.8 mm. There is no screen and no button — the device fires on draw.

At 5.0ml, A05 holds the smallest pod in our replaceable range. That is the point of the platform, and it drives most of the sourcing logic below.

Why a 5ml Pod Changes Your Flavor Math

Pod size sets the smallest amount of e-liquid a brand has to commit to when it puts a flavor on shelf. A large pod means a larger liquid batch behind every SKU you list. If that flavor underperforms, the write-off scales with the pod.

A 5.0ml pod lowers that floor. Brands testing a regional flavor, a seasonal run, or a limited collaboration can put it in market without carrying the liquid exposure a 10ml or 12ml platform would demand.

Artwork sits on the pod shell, which is the part your customer replaces. Every repurchase puts your graphics back in their hand, so print quality carries more weight here than on a device bought once.

• Color or coated finishes on the battery base, set independently from the pod
• UV printing for logo blocks, batch codes, and market-required text panels

Because base and pod are separate parts, you can hold one base finish across a whole range and let the pod artwork change per flavor. That keeps tooling and inventory simple while the shelf still reads as a family.

Manufacturing and Quality Control

A05 runs through a four-stage inspection chain: IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Incoming cells, coils, and pod housings are checked before they reach the floor. In-process checks cover seal integrity, contact alignment between pod and base, and draw activation.

Pod-to-base fit gets its own attention on this platform. A pod that seats loosely leaks or misfires, and the failure surfaces at the distributor rather than on the line. Final inspection samples each batch for connection retention, battery voltage, and print registration.

Outgoing inspection verifies carton counts, labeling, and packaging against your purchase order. Device test reports accompany each shipment.

Ordering A05

Hardware from 10,000 units per model, 2,000 units per color. Pod quantities are quoted alongside the base order, because the right ratio depends on whether you are seeding a new market or restocking an established one.

Production runs Typically 25–30 Days after artwork approval and specification sign-off. Sampling and printed proofs happen before that window opens, so plan your calendar backward from the on-shelf date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the coil replaced with the pod?

Yes. The 1.0Ω mesh coil is housed inside the pod, so every pod change installs a new coil. The battery base does not carry a coil and is not serviced by the end user.

Can pods be ordered separately from bases?

Yes, and most programs do exactly that after the first order. Base and pod are quoted as separate lines so you can restock the consumable without reordering hardware.

Can the base be printed differently from the pod?

Yes. Base finish and pod artwork are set independently. Many brands hold one base treatment across the range and vary the pod graphics per flavor.

Does A05 have a screen?

No. The device is draw-activated with no display and no button. If your program needs a battery or liquid readout, we can point you to another housing in the replaceable range.

Do you supply test documentation?

Device test reports are supplied with each shipment. Registration and market filings remain the responsibility of the brand owner, and we provide the technical files those filings require.
