BN18: A 20ml Pre-Filled Replaceable Pod Device for OEM/ODM
The BN18 is a replaceable-pod device, not a disposable. Each pod comes pre-filled with 20ml of e-liquid and has no fill port. When a pod runs out, the user removes it and fits a new one.
The battery stays in the device. Your customer buys the device once and keeps buying pods, so the pod becomes your repeat-order line.
Why a Sealed Pre-Filled Pod
The user never opens or fills the pod. That removes refill mistakes, such as over-filling or using an e-liquid the coil was not set up for.
You also control what goes into every pod. Flavor, nicotine strength, and labeling are set at production, so they stay the same from batch to batch.

The 12,000-puff figure covers one full 20ml pod. It is not a per-charge figure. The 1400mAh battery is recharged over Type-C during the life of each pod.
Show the two numbers separately in your sales material. A buyer who reads 12,000 puffs as one charge will expect the wrong thing, and that complaint comes back to you.

The airflow ring closes for a tighter draw and opens for a looser one. With the 0.6Ω mesh coil, one device covers users who want a restricted draw and users who want a more open one.
