What the Screen Shows and Why Buyers Ask About It

The strip reads battery level and e-liquid level. Both are questions a retail customer would otherwise bring back to the shop, and both are questions your distributor fields on your behalf.

Screen placement is a design decision with a commercial cost. A full panel display reads well but takes your artwork with it; a narrow strip gives up screen area to keep the print face.

At 24.2mm the body is thicker than our flat models. That depth gives the display module and the 12ml tank room, and it suits counter display more than blister packing.

How We Build It

The A15 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, and every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts. We build to the standards of the destination market you name on the build sheet.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells, coils and display modules are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

Yes. Icon style and layout are open to UI customization. Send your brief with your artwork files and we will return a mockup before the run starts.

How much print area does the strip leave?

The strip runs along one edge, so the rest of the front face stays available. We mark the usable print area on the digital proof before you commit.

Does the battery last the full 12ml?

No, and it is not built to. The 500mAh cell recharges over Type-C during normal use. State that on your packaging so customers expect it.

What stays fixed on this model?

The housing shape, the 100.2 × 38.4 × 24.2 mm footprint and the 1.0Ω coil. Body color, artwork, UI treatment, flavor and nicotine strength are all yours to specify.

Who handles market registration?

The brand owner or the importer of record. We supply the MSDS, emissions data and test reports your consultant needs for the submission.

Trade Terms

Sampling

We ship unbranded A15 units for hardware evaluation, and flavor samples separately when you are matching a formulation. Branded pre-production samples follow artwork and UI sign-off.

Lead Time

Typically 25–30 Days after artwork approval and e-liquid sign-off. Fixed housing is what keeps that window predictable. Custom UI work, flavor development and non-standard packaging sit ahead of the window, not inside it.

Order Quantity

Minimum quantity applies per flavor and per color, not per order. Message us with your flavor and color count and we will confirm the split.

Customization Flow

Build sheet → artwork and UI files → digital proof → pre-production sample → your written approval → production. Nothing runs before written approval.

Documentation

We supply MSDS, emissions and test reports for your submission. Market registration is filed by the brand owner or importer of record.
