IDEA019 Aluminum Pod Vape Concept: Two Bodies, Four Configurations
IDEA019 is an aluminum replaceable-pod vape design concept available for OEM/ODM development through GG-VAPE. It comes in two body shapes, flat and contoured. Each body takes either a single 5ml replaceable pod or a 2+3ml two-pod mixing set.
IDEA019 is not a stock model. Electrical specs, component interfaces, and production samples are confirmed during development. Dimensions and structure drawings go to buyers privately on request.
Two Aluminum Bodies, Four Configurations
The flat body gives a broad branding surface. The contoured body gives a shaped grip profile. Both use anodized aluminum, diamond-cut edges, a built-in 850mAh battery, a battery level display, and Type-C charging.

Flat and Contoured Aluminum Housing Designs
The flat design shows a silk-screen logo, and the contoured design shows laser engraving. Either process works on either body.

Standard Configuration: 5ml Replaceable Pod
The standard configuration uses one 5ml replaceable pod in glossy translucent black PCTG. The battery stays built into the device, and only the pod is replaced.
Fill arrangement, coil, electrical connection, and pod interchangeability between the two bodies are set during engineering.
Alternative Configuration: 2+3ml Mixing-Pod System
Either body supports a two-pod mixing configuration with a combined 5ml nominal capacity. The 2ml pod contains nicotine e-liquid, and the 3ml pod contains nicotine-free e-liquid.
The mixing structure is designed to transfer and combine both liquids into one nicotine-containing mixture. We can develop this configuration for either aluminum body. Functional prototype testing confirms liquid transfer, mixing consistency, and sealing before production tooling begins.
Flavor and nicotine are filled as separate parts. One nicotine-free flavor pod can pair with nicotine pods at different strengths, subject to formulation compatibility and destination-market rules.
Nicotine Concentration in the 2+3ml System
The final strength depends on the full 5ml, not only the 2ml nicotine pod. When both portions mix fully, the 2ml pod must carry 2.5 times the target strength of the final mixture. This calculation does not override the limits that apply to either component in the destination market.
GG-VAPE offers 0–5% customizable nicotine strength, configured to the chosen e-liquid and destination market. For the IDEA019 mixing system, we evaluate the 2ml nicotine portion and the final 5ml mixture separately. For example, a 2ml portion at 5% gives a 5ml mixture at 2%. We confirm the formulation and mixing performance during development.

From Concept to Mass Production
New-tooling development typically takes 60–75 days, starting after the project specs and artwork are confirmed. Mass production then runs typically 25–30 days after final approval. Neither period includes international shipping of the bulk order or notification waiting time.
1. Structural Design and Functional Prototype
We complete the structural design and build a working prototype. This stage typically takes 20–25 days, depending on design complexity.
Prototype testing covers the housing structure, pod connections, charging, battery display, and overall operation. The 2+3ml version also goes through liquid transfer, mixing, and sealing tests. Tooling starts after the prototype passes the agreed tests and the buyer approves the design.
2. Tooling and Mold Adjustment
Tooling and the first round of mold adjustment take about 30 days. We inspect the first production-tool samples against the approved design and adjust where needed.
3. Final Samples and Approval
We prepare final samples for buyer approval. The rest of the development time covers sample shipping, testing, and final adjustments.
4. Mass Production and Quality Control
Mass production starts after the buyer approves the final samples, specs, branding, and packaging. Every batch passes IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC.

Is the IDEA019 battery removable?
No. Both bodies use a built-in 850mAh battery with a 16350 cell. Only the pod is replaced, either the single 5ml pod or the 2+3ml set.
How is the 2+3ml mixing structure validated?
We build a functional prototype before tooling. It tests the pod connection, liquid transfer, mixing consistency, and sealing. Tooling starts only after the prototype passes these tests and the buyer approves the design.
How does the 2+3ml system affect nicotine strength?
