The A27 is a 2ml disposable vape pen OEM platform built around an 18.1mm cylindrical body measuring 87.4 mm in height. That diameter sets it apart from the 16mm A26.

The cylindrical surface provides a continuous area for color and printed artwork. Logo size, flavor identification and mandatory label information should be reviewed at production scale before packaging is finalized.

The A27 is prefilled during production and supplied as a single-use device. Its 400mAh battery is not rechargeable, and the product has no charging port.

1.6Ω Mesh Coil and MTL Draw

The published coil specification is a 1.6Ω mesh coil configured for an MTL draw. The coil, battery and sealed 2ml format remain fixed for this model.

Flavor formulation and nicotine strength are confirmed through the build sheet and approved sample before the production run begins.

TPD Article 20 Format

The A27 combines a 2ml tank with a configurable nicotine range of 0–20mg/ml, following the product format set out in TPD Article 20.

Sampling and Approval

Quality control follows IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Incoming cells, coils and packaging materials are checked before assembly, filled units are inspected during production, and finished cartons are sampled before dispatch.

How the A27 Differs from Other 2ml Devices

The A27 uses an 18.1mm cylindrical body, 1.6Ω mesh coil and 400mAh battery. It is a prefilled, single-use device with no charging port.

The A26 uses a 16mm cylindrical body and a different atomizer specification. The A36 uses a square body with a flat print face. Refillable and replaceable-pod products use a different architecture and should not be presented as versions of the A27.
