Why Two Coils at This Resistance

Splitting the load across two mesh elements spreads heat over more wick surface than a single coil of the same resistance. Each element works under lighter load, and the wick saturates from two points instead of one.

On a 15ml fill that matters across the back half of the device. A single coil carrying a tank this size runs hot for hundreds of draws, and heat is what wears down flavor over a long run.

Holding 1.1Ω keeps the A19 in the MTL band. Buyers who want a tight draw usually give up twin-coil construction to get it; this build does not ask for that trade.

The Side Display

The display runs the full height of one side panel rather than sitting as a small window on the face or the base. That makes it readable while the device is held, and visible in a retail display case from the side.

It also changes your artwork brief. One side panel is taken by the screen, so the print layout works across the remaining faces. We mark this up on the digital proof before you commit.

Who Orders the A19

The A19 goes to brands selling into markets with no capacity ceiling: the GCC, Southeast Asia, Africa and parts of the Americas. Buyers there compare capacity, build and how long a unit lasts a retail customer.

A 650mAh cell on a 15ml tank means recharging is part of normal use, not a backup. State that on your packaging so a flat battery reads as expected behaviour rather than a fault.

At 27.4mm the body is thicker than our flat box models. That gives the screen and the twin-coil deck room, and it suits counter display more than blister packing.

How We Build It

The A19 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, and every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts. We build to the standards of the destination market you name on the build sheet.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells, coils and display modules are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

How the A19 Differs from Our Other Twin-Coil Device

We build two twin-coil disposables, and resistance separates them. The A19 sits at 1.1Ω on an MTL draw; our 17ml model runs 0.6Ω for a direct-lung draw.

Choose by draw style, not capacity. The two ohm figures serve different customers, and a 2ml difference in tank size will not decide a program.

The 1.1Ω specification is fixed on this housing. If your brief calls for a direct-lung draw, we will point you to a model built for sub-ohm resistance instead.

Who handles market registration?

The brand owner or the importer of record. We supply the MSDS, emissions data and test reports your consultant needs for the submission.

Trade Terms

Sampling

We ship unbranded A19 units for hardware evaluation, and flavor samples separately when you are matching a formulation. Branded pre-production samples follow artwork sign-off.

Lead Time

Typically 25–30 Days after artwork approval and e-liquid sign-off. Fixed housing is what keeps that window predictable. Custom flavor development and non-standard packaging sit ahead of the window, not inside it.

Order Quantity

Minimum quantity applies per flavor and per color, not per order. Message us with your flavor and color count and we will confirm the split.

Customization Flow

Build sheet → artwork files → digital proof with print faces marked → pre-production sample → your written approval → production. Nothing runs before written approval.

Documentation

We supply MSDS, emissions and test reports for your submission. Market registration is filed by the brand owner or importer of record.
