Step 4: Production
Once the formula, artwork, packaging, and specifications are approved, production typically takes about 15 days. That is the production window only. Testing, notification, approval, shipping, and customs run on separate timelines. The schedule can be aligned with a vape-hardware order.

Step 5: Quality inspection and shipment
Batch documentation, agreed test results, packaging, and order specifications are reviewed before dispatch. Third-party testing can be coordinated where required.

A: For bottled private-label e-liquid, the minimum is 1,000 bottles per flavour. Bulk e-liquid is available from a single 1kg drum.

Q: How long does production take?
A: About 15 days once the formula, artwork, packaging, and specifications are approved. That figure covers production only — testing, notification, approval, shipping, and customs are separate.

Q: Can you create a custom flavour?
