The A20 keeps the flat face and holds 18.3mm. A flat face gives you the largest uninterrupted print area of any body shape at this capacity, which is where a new brand mark reads clearest at shelf distance.

Flat bodies also pack denser than round ones. More units fit the same carton, and cartons stack without void space — a cost line that matters once you are shipping by the pallet.

The 1.2Ω Mesh Coil

At 1.2Ω the A20 sits in the MTL band. Higher resistance narrows the draw and stretches a 10ml fill further than a sub-ohm coil would on the same volume.

That pairing suits the salt-nicotine strengths most 10ml programs run. It also keeps the 500mAh cell working within a load it can carry between charges.

Brands running mid-capacity programs order this shape. A 10ml device sits between a 2ml format and a 17ml flagship — enough volume to feel like value, small enough to price under the top tier.

The finish options carry more weight here than on most models. Gradient and rubberized paint both need a flat surface to look even, and a curved tube shows banding where a flat panel does not.

Recharging is part of normal use on a 10ml fill, not a backup. Print that on your packaging so retail customers expect it rather than reading a flat battery as a fault.

How We Build It

The A20 runs on fixed housing, so the schedule holds at 25–30 days. A new body shape means new tooling, and tooling adds months before the first unit runs.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, and every batch is matched against your approved reference sample before filling starts. We build to the standards of the destination market you name on the build sheet.

Quality control runs IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC. Cells and coils are checked on arrival, filled units are pulled in-line, and finished cartons are sampled again before dispatch.

How the A20 Differs from Our Other 10ml Devices

We build three devices at this capacity and they are not interchangeable. The A20 is the only box among them, at 79.8 × 41.3 × 18.3 mm.

Our two other 10ml models use round tubes. A tube suits full-wrap print and counter displays; a box suits flat artwork, gradient finishes and blister packing. Coil resistance differs across the three, so confirm the draw style you want on the build sheet.

What finishes can you apply to the body?

Gradient paint, rubberized paint and standard gloss. Send a Pantone reference and we will return a painted sample before the run starts.

How much print area does the flat face give us?

The largest of any body we build at this capacity. We will mark up your artwork against the production print area and send a digital proof before you commit.

Does the battery last the full 10ml?

No. The 500mAh cell recharges over Type-C during normal use. State that on your packaging so retail customers expect it.

Can we change the coil resistance?

The 1.2Ω coil is fixed on this housing. If your brief calls for a direct-lung draw, we will point you to a model built for sub-ohm resistance instead.

Who handles market registration?

The brand owner or the importer of record. We supply the MSDS, emissions data and test reports your consultant needs for the submission.
