How long does production take?
Standard production runs 20–25 days from confirmed order for existing models. Deeper customization, such as new colorways or full custom packaging, can extend the schedule; we confirm the timeline at quotation.
Which capacities and formats are available?
The disposable line covers 2ml, 10ml, 12ml, 13ml, 14ml, 15ml, 18ml, 20ml, and 22ml capacities across pen, box, cylinder, and display-equipped formats. Most models above 10ml are rechargeable via Type-C, so users finish the full tank.
Can you build for both TPD and non-TPD markets?
Yes. 2ml formats serve TPD-capacity markets such as the EU and UK, and high-capacity formats are built to the standards of the destination market, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Americas. Each order is configured to where you sell.
What does OEM customization include?
Logo printing, device colors, flavor selection, nicotine strength from 0% to 5%, and retail packaging. Sampling comes first, so you confirm color, print, and pack format before mass production.
How is quality controlled?
Every order runs a four-stage QC chain: IQC on incoming materials, IPQC during assembly including first-article inspection, FQC on finished units, and OQC before shipment. R&D-stage testing covers leak and seal, puff count, draw resistance, and transport simulation.
