About Our Manufacturing Operations
GG-VAPE manufactures vape hardware and coordinates e-liquid programs from a production base in Dongguan, Guangdong. Hardware assembly, branding, packaging, and quality inspection run on one project schedule.
Each production run follows four inspection stages: IQC on incoming materials, IPQC during the run, FQC on finished units, and OQC before dispatch. Inspection scope is set by the device architecture, the product specification, and destination-market requirements.
Our e-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes. Fifteen formulations carry a complete technical file — ingredient declaration, emissions data, toxicological information, and third-party test reports — available to support your own regulatory filing.

Four-Stage Quality Control
Every production run follows the same inspection sequence. The scope of each stage is set by the device architecture, the product specification, and destination-market requirements.
- IQC — Incoming Quality Control
Incoming materials and components are inspected before they enter production. - IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
Inspection during the run, including first-article inspection. - FQC — Final Quality Control
Functional and cosmetic checks on finished units. - OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Pre-shipment verification against the approved specification.
Reliability Testing
During development and pilot runs, devices can be put through leak and seal testing, high and low temperature cycling, draw resistance checks, and simulated transport. The test set is agreed with you before the run.
Documents Available by Product and Market
Available documentation may include CE and RoHS materials, device test reports, MSDS and COA for filled products, and formulation data for e-liquid programs.
The required document set depends on the product configuration and the destination market. Buyers remain responsible for their own market notification, registration, and import obligations.
