What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM means you lead the product design and we manufacture it. You define the concept, specifications, and approval decisions, and GG-VAPE handles engineering, tooling, and production.

ODM means you start from an existing GG-VAPE device platform and configure it for your brand with your own logo, colors, flavor, and packaging. Development is faster because the core hardware already exists.

ODM suits a faster route to market on proven tooling. OEM suits brands that need a defined product structure or stronger hardware differentiation and can support the development cycle.

What product types can you manufacture?

GG-VAPE manufactures disposable vapes, replaceable-pod systems, refillable and open-fill devices, high-power and DTL devices, empty pods and cartridges, and nicotine e-liquid in both freebase and salt formulations.

Can you develop custom e-liquid flavors?

Yes. Our formulation team develops custom recipes from a written flavor profile, a reference product to match, or a selection from the existing flavor library. Samples are produced for your approval before any bulk run.

Do you offer packaging and brand design services?

Yes. Packaging covers structural design, graphic design, printing, and labeling. Child-resistant formats and regulatory label content are reviewed against the requirements of the destination market. We can work from your existing design files or develop artwork from a brief.

Orders

What is your minimum order quantity?

Custom hardware runs start at 10,000 units per model. Within that total, each color needs at least 2,000 units, because a color change means a separate injection run.

E-liquid OEM runs start at 1,000 bottles per flavor. Bulk programs start from a 1kg drum for buyers filling in-market.

Minimums on empty pods depend on the selected configuration and volume. Send your target volume and we will confirm.

How do I get a price?

Pricing depends on the device platform, specifications, customization level, and order volume, so we quote per project rather than publishing a list. Send your specification through the contact page, WhatsApp, or email, and we will come back with a written breakdown.

Do you offer samples before bulk orders?

Yes, and we recommend it. We produce physical samples for you to test and evaluate before committing to mass production. Sample arrangements are confirmed during project review.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer (T/T). Payment terms are agreed per project and confirmed in writing before production starts.

Production & Quality

How long does production take?

  • Production: Typically 25–30 Days after specifications, artwork, packaging, and samples are approved.
  • New tooling development: typically 60–75 days before mass production begins.

Development, production, and shipping are separate stages. Buyer feedback, design revisions, and testing can affect the project schedule.

What quality control processes do you follow?

Every production run follows the IQC → IPQC → FQC → OQC inspection chain.

  • IQC — Incoming Quality Control: checks incoming components and materials before production.
  • IPQC — In-Process Quality Control: checks production conditions and samples during assembly.
  • FQC — Final Quality Control: checks finished products after assembly.
  • OQC — Outgoing Quality Control: completes the release inspection before shipment.

The inspection plan is defined for the confirmed product and production configuration.

What documentation can you provide?

The available document set depends on the selected model, configuration, and destination market. CE, RoHS, and FCC test reports can be confirmed per project.

E-liquid is produced under GMP- and ISO 9001-controlled processes, with COA and MSDS available on request.

Market certification is completed together with the buyer, since the responsible party for a given market is the brand or importer placing the product on sale. See the certifications and compliance overview for the current document list.

Compliance & Regulations

Can you configure products for EU and UK nicotine-vaping regulations?

Yes. For EU projects, GG-VAPE can configure nicotine-containing devices to the TPD Article 20 format, with tanks and cartridges not exceeding 2ml and nicotine strength not exceeding 20mg/ml. Nicotine-containing refill containers follow a separate 10ml limit.

Great Britain applies the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations with MHRA notification. The core capacity and strength limits are close to the EU, but it is a separate route, so product configuration, labeling, documentation, and notification support are confirmed per destination market.

Can you support an MHRA notification for Great Britain?

GG-VAPE supplies the available product and e-liquid information needed to support the buyer or responsible market party with the filing. The exact data package is confirmed against the selected device, e-liquid, battery, and production configuration.

The manufacturer, importer, or other party placing the product on the market remains responsible for the notification and its supporting technical dossier. A notification does not transfer between companies.

Do your products meet safety standards for batteries and electronics?

Battery cell selection and protection features are specified per device and confirmed during project review. Applicable test reports are provided for the selected configuration and destination market.

Shipping & Logistics

Where do you ship?

We ship to Europe including the EU and UK, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, North America, South America, and Oceania. Routing depends on the destination country, product type, nicotine content, and customs conditions, so the available options are confirmed per order. We do not sell domestically within China.

What shipping methods are available?

Air freight, sea freight, and express courier are all available depending on the destination, product type, and volume. Transit time is quoted per shipment and is separate from the production schedule.

We handle export documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders. For orders with specific customs or import requirements, we work with your logistics team on the paperwork.

Can you ship to more than one destination?

Yes. A single production run can be split across your warehouse, a distributor’s warehouse, or several locations, subject to packing, customs, and carrier requirements. Confirm the split at order stage so packing and export documents match.
